The experience starts the night before the wedding…

 

With a complimentary nights stay for you & your lover, or alternatively spend the night with your bridal parties and arrive the morning of the big day. You decide!

Day 1. Wedding Day.

Squad Arrive. Glam starts.
We have two rooms available for you to get ready.

11AM//
Wedding coordinator arrives for check-in with the venue & couple.

11:30AM//
Photographer Arrives for ‘getting ready’ photos.

12PM//
Groom/Groomsmen arrives (if not already on-site).

12-1PM//
Guests who are staying, start to arrive & check-in.

1:30PM//
Celebrant, MC on-site for briefing with venue staff. Videographer arrives. 

1:30-2PM//
All other guests start arriving. Refreshments available.

2:20PM//
Guests Seated.
Housekeeping rules.

2:30PM//
Bridal Party Enter. Bride Enters. Bespoke Ceremony starts.

3PM//
Ceremony Finishes.
Champagne/drinks/canapes available.
Mingling/congratulations.
Background music.

3:30PM//
Group photos.

4:15PM//
Hamper ready for bridal party.
Couple, Bridal party to leave for photos.
Guests relax for cocktail hour.

5:15PM//
Couple & Bridal party return to the venue. 
Guests move to the dinner area. 

5:25PM//
Couples grand entrance (solo, or following bridal party)
Straight to cake cutting, remove for cutting in kitchen.

5:30PM//
First lot of speeches.

6PM//
Dinner.

6:30PM//
Second lot of speeches.

7PM//
Band starts with the first dance. Party.

8PM//
Dessert served for guests to help themselves to.

8:15PM//
Couple sneak off for night photos.

10PM//
Band finishes. All guests (who are not staying) leave.

10:30PM//
Cheeseburger time!

11PM//
Staff leave (minus security) & the hotel is yours!

Day 2. The Morning After.

Boozy Brunch is served for all of those staying at the hotel.

1:30PM//
You are left to enjoy your hangovers/ each others company, and explore the hotel & surrounding areas.
