Wedding Planning.
Your wedding, perfectly planned for you, without you having to lift a finger (well, maybe one.)

Day-of-Coordinator.
Your very own wedding manager to ensure the flawless execution of your special day, in real time.

Pre-Wedding Meeting.
We offer pre-wedding meetings & a full rehearsal, to get to know each other & run through the day.

Accomodation.
An entire hotel for 2 nights for up to 40 guests. There are 22 rooms, so these will be twin share.

Venue.
Exclusive use of The Convent Hotel in Grey Lynn, Auckland.

Marquee.
A chic clear marquee & flooring set up, which transforms the outdoor area into a fully usable
party space.

Venue Styling & Lighting.
Our skilled team of event stylists utilise the uniqueness of the space with decor & lighting,
to create something truly magical.

Photographer.
An incredible 8 hour package with award winning photographer, Keryn Sweeney.
This includes couple, group & family photos, from the getting ready to the party.

500 Edited Photos.
500 beautifully edited photos of your special day available for download, private viewing/sharing online & delivered to you on a USB.

Videographer.
our insanely talented videographer capture’s the highlights of the greatest day of your life, & delivers you a RomCom that is oddly familiar.

Celebrant.
Our favourite celebrant & a Wild Hearts Top Vendor, Frankie Orange, is a lover of love & will make sure all the legalities are covered, to ensure you get hitched without a hitch.

Bespoke Ceremony.
Although all of the planning details are taken care of for you, the ceremony is completely your own.
Our celebrant will get to know you & your lover, & craft a bespoke ceremony
just for you two, to tell your love story your way.
This includes help applying for your licence & writing your vows.

M.C
Our in-house MC keeps your guests on track & everything flowing smoothly.
From the speeches & your first dance, to the cutting of the cake & everything else in between.
Or alternately, if there’s one of your squad who has had their eye on this role,
we can help make them the best, most organised MC’s this town has ever seen!

Live Music.
Party the night away with a full band! We have our faves, & will
ensure we get you a band that you both & your guests will vibe with.

Cocktail & Canapé Hour.
A tastily curated + beautifully presented grazing table with all of the trimmings,
including delicious meats, cheeses, dips, fresh breads, fruit & vegetables,
crackers & treats, & specially designed Couple Cocktails, beer & wine to wash it all down.

Dinner for all.
The talented chef’s at Ada will delight the senses with a seasonal menu, crafted just for
you.

Cake.

A choice of heavenly flavoured cakes for you two newlyweds
to cut or an Italian style table dessert to enjoy with all of your guests.
And if sweet thangs aren’t your jam, we can create a delicious ‘cake’ out of cheeses
for you to cut and enjoy with your grazing table.

Refreshments.
There are no drink tokens or one drink per hour maximum with us. Free flowing beer, wine,
spritz’ & non-alcoholic bevey’s are included* with bubbles to toast with.

*While there are no limits on drinks allowed per guest, we practice responsible service
of alcohol, so you don’t have to worry about anyone getting super smashed & embarrassing
you.

Floral Styling.
One of NZ’s best florists, The Floral Stylist, creates pure magic in the form of creative floral artistry, complementing the event styling with dazzling floral installations.

Bride & Bridesmaid’s Bouquets. (if applicable)
An exquisite bridal bouquet for you to keep or throw! (or two for our same sex couples) & up to 3 bridesmaid’s bouquets.

Groom’s Boutonniere. (if applicable)
A beautiful buttonhole to match your bouquet. (or two for our same sex couples) & up to 3 more for your groomsmen.

Security.
Suited security guards to keep everyone safe.

Late night Cheeseburgers or Pizza.
After you’ve partied up a storm, we provide late night munchies to keep those
hunger pangs at bay.

Post Wedding Boozy Brunch.
A morning after done right!
With acoustic music, a Bloody Mary & Mimosa Station, delicious brunch treats &
Fresh Fruits to help soothe those hungover heads.

Set-up & Pack-down.
There is nothing worse than the cleanup, so we’ll do it for you.

You get to choose 65 of your favs to share in the full day of celebrations, & then 40 of those get to stay with you lovebirds for the weekend.

What does the Wedding day look like?

Can I bring the kids?

Our premium Inner-City Destination Wedding is strictly an adults only event.

How much?

$99,500
With our experience & as market research suggests, those who are guests of destination weddings expect to pay between $500-$1000 for accomodation, plus all of the other costs associated with this sort of event. Not to mention the hours spent traveling & time off work.
If your guests paid towards their own accomodation, this can reduce the final cost by $20,000-$40,000.
